Cancellation information
Cancellations are made via the "Manage my reservation" link in your confirmation email.
WITHOUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE
In case of cancellation up to 10 days before the visit, a full refund will be given on all bookings even if you have not paid for cancellation protection. If you want to change the date of your visit, you must cancel the tickets first, then place a new booking for the desired dates.
The refund will be made to the card used for the purchase and takes approx. 5 banking days.
In case of cancellation later than 10 days before arrival, for those without cancellation protection, no refund will be given and it is also not possible to change the date on the tickets.
WITH CANCELLATION PROTECTION
With our cancellation protection (only 49 NOK in insurance premium), we give a full refund in case of cancellation up to 3 days before the visit. If you wish to cancel between 10 and 3 days before your visit, please send us an email at avbestilling@lilleputthammer.no. If you wish to change the date of your visit, you must cancel the tickets within 3 days before arrival, then place a new booking for the desired dates. The refund will be made to the card used for the purchase and takes approx. 5 banking days.
The insurance premium is non-refundable.
