In addition, LL uses the marketing name Hafjell Resort, a department in LL and Hafjell Hotel and in Welle Gruppen AS, which is responsible for the marketing of LL and which is also the operational player in relation to online sales and bookings of tickets and stays.
LL also uses, in its marketing, the departmental names that are used in the marketing and these are the marketing names: Lilleputthammer Family Park and Lekeland Hafjell
New regulations came into force from May 2018, and LL follows these new EU adapted regulations.
In collaboration with Hafjell Hotell and Welle Gruppen / Hafjell Resort, LL has developed internal control routines for the handling of personal information and other information the customer receives from the client. Personal data will not be sold or otherwise distributed to anyone other than those who need such information to be able to carry out the agreement/order, including additional services.
The Orderer/Guest will at any time be able to request that all information that has been stored, and which is not required by other laws/regulations to be kept, to be deleted.
The Orderer/Guest will, unless the data has been requested to be deleted, receive a newsletter from LL or from the marketing name Hafjell Resort (a department of LL) and recipients can immediately request that all information LL has stored be deleted free of charge.
When booking tickets, annual passes or the like, this is considered to be an agreement with LL and LL is then required to register personal data, which the orderer consents, at the time of booking, that LL, in its capacity as personal data controller, uses to carry out LL's obligations towards the booker. If necessary, it may be necessary to transfer the information to LL's partners, i.e. the Hafjell Resort department and the parent company Hafjell Hotell AS. LL uses the guest's information to be able to provide information, offers and service regarding the orderer's booking via e-mail, telephone, text message and mailings.
Everyone who receives e-mails is or has been a customer of LL and has provided their e-mail address and phone number in connection with the order. It is hereby notified that LL will send relevant information to the client. The customer will be able to get information about a service the customer did not know about, but the information will allow the customer to have better experiences in and around Hafjell, summer and winter.
Sending e-mails/text messages only involves the use of e-mail address and/or phone number, not other personal data. It will be stated in the e-mail where we have the e-mail address from and that it is not used for anything other than e-mail mailings. The e-mail describes how the recipient can easily indicate that he/she no longer wants to receive e-mails from LL, while at the same time the orderer can request that all information LL has registered on the orderer be deleted.
LL including the parent company Hafjell Hotell AS processes personal data of customers, users and customers with the help of Hafjell Hotell's services. LL takes care of the personal information of the orderers/guests and complies with applicable laws at all times to protect the orderers/guests as individuals.
LL and Hafjell Hotell act as data controllers of personal data in connection with the services and in connection with bookings/reservations. Personal information means any information directly or indirectly relating to a living person.
LL's goal is to maintain a high level of protection for personal data. LL mainly uses personal data to manage, operate, develop and maintain benefits, process reservations, optimize the user experience in the form of benefits and adapt our communication with the customers/guests. LL only collects personal data that is relevant to the purpose for which the Orderer has ordered. The information collected includes, for example, information about name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, login information, language, user history, travel information, reservation settings, payments, position, emergency contact person, special allergens, disability and other information provided by the guests/bookers in connection with the use of our services.
The purpose of the processing of personal data is to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations and also to offer more flexible and individual services and products. By making a reservation, LL uses personal information to:
1. Process, provide, develop and maintain services;
2. Process orders and orders for services,
3. Contact the guests, e.g. per. SMS, other mobile application or email, or notify guests of reservation status or anything else related to the reservation before, during, and after their stay
4. Individualize our communication with guests regarding the services, e.g. by creating a profile for you and sending you offers that match your profile as a user of our services;
6. Analyze statistics and user behavior in relation to our Services;
7. Improve the Orderer's/Guest's benefits with our products and services in a way that LL believes benefits the Orderer(s), or
8. promote services and products, directly or indirectly to the Orderer.
The Booker always has the right to request that LL, at no cost, deletes the data registered on the guest and LL undertakes to do this unless other laws prevent this.
LL uses cookies for its digital services. Further information about LL's use of cookies, what cookies are used, and how to avoid cookies can be found on www.lilleputthammer.no and www.lekeland.no
When visiting Lilleputthammer Family Park or Lekeland Hafjell, guests may experience that other guests take photos and/or films, which may be published or distributed, of the area, the site or by other guests in the same travel party. In such cases, other guests may also be filmed/photographed, and these are matters that LL has no control over and cannot take responsibility for.
However, as a guest at LL, guests must be aware that LL also takes photos or videos in order to be able to make LL visible to other guests or potential guests. LL will now film or take pictures for marketing purposes, to the extent possible not close to filming (filming/taking pictures of people who can be recognised) without this being cleared with the people concerned, but in some cases someone may find that they can be recognised on a film/pictures that LL has taken and which is then used in an advertising context or in some other way distributed/published. In such cases, LL will, when an appeal is made, try to remove sequences or images where this has been complained of. However, LL emphasizes that it will probably not be possible to stay at LL without the risk of being photographed or filmed.
When commercials or images are taken for advertising, LL will ask those who are filmed for permission to do so, as well as consent that they do not object to the material being used in an advertising context.
In cases where there is a legal requirement that consent must be obtained for the processing of certain types of personal data or for a specific processing, consent will be obtained from the client before processing the information.
For example, LL may be required to disclose personal data to third parties such as the police or other public authority if this is in connection with the investigation of a crime, or if LL is required to disclose such information by law or by decision of a public authority.
If the customer has any questions, comments or complaints about LL's processing of personal data and compliance with the terms of use, please contact: If the complainant does not accept the answers we provide, we ask that the complainant contact the Data Protection Authority.
